Also, I never believe that all people responding to polls are telling the truth. It could be argued that the females in the British Beverage poll example are less honest than the males who weren’t thinking of lying to the poll. On the other hand, an 80s study concluded that the majority of women would lie for the sake of another while the majority of men would lie for their own sakes.
