this seems a very iffy arrangemen. Most online daters don’t want to have dessert with the person, much less a mortgage.

    The most common threat to the institution of marriage is money situations, not gays or Darwin. Having a mortgage in common may now be a truer test of compatibility than religion or road trips. My parents’ marriage grew stronger when they not only decided to move into a new home, but also designed it themselves. There’s no other house like it, and it’s made from collaboration. But I’m not sure that this is a similar thing…
